Here at the Malinois Foundation we believe that Service Dogs save lives. It is our mission to make these life-saving companions available to our Veterans, First Responders, Women Survivors, and Children with Medical Needs. Whether it be for PTSD, Mobility Support, or Special Needs, we work to heal and empower these individuals with a specialized service animal, a partner in life, and a new best friend.
The Malinois Foundation is passionate and committed to helping veterans, first responders, women survivors and children to heal and progress through service dog work. The bond that is created between handlers and their service dogs have enormous healing power and is becoming increasingly popular in the mental health and medical communities as one of the best options for recovery. Service dogs can help:
Most people recognize a service dog's impact on their handler's life and often don't realize the incredible ripple effect that happens when a service dog helps a loved one regain their independence. A wife gets her husband back, a child gets their father/mother back, a community regains a hero, a friend, and a valued member of society.
We will offer continued support for the life of the dog with our partners at Dog Training Elite
We empower owners to train so their dog knows who to obey at all times.
We deal with problem behaviors on a personal basis.
We train based on your environmental needs (i.e. jogging, public spaces, home).
We support owners in the off-hours (when training is "not in session") and plan training around the owner's schedule.
We work with all members of the household to achieve sustained results.
We continually follow up and are invested in the owner's success for the long term.
Events Team - If you are interested in joining the Pack, Volunteer as a team member at our events! Events include charity auctions, training for both dogs and their humans, building foundation recognition and more! Did we mention puppies and service dogs?

We could not change the lives of veterans, first responders, women survivors and children without our amazing sponsors and supporters.
